Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Royal Mail with proof of postage. Delivery costs are determined by order value. Orders over £20, excluding shipping, are sent 'Signed For' to cover their value. UK orders over £75, excluding shipping, are sent free of charge.

If your order does not arrive within 10 working days of receiving your dispatch email, please do contact us so that we might investigate whether it has been lost in the post.

Orders posted overseas may take longer to arrive and the buyer is responsible for any customs fees charged.
