Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To request a return, you can contact us at manncubs.uk@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will have 14 days to return the items to us after notifying us of your intent to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to post the item(s) back to us and to cover any return postage costs. Proof of postage is required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Providing the items are in their original condition, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
